Chandra Abesingha, P.E. – CEO/Principal Engineer

Chandra Abesingha is the Founder, Principal, and CEO of CE Associates.  As the CEO of the company, she is responsible for management, administration, business development, operation, and supervision of the company staff.  Mrs. Abesingha has over 30 years experience in planning, design, and contract administration of various public facilities.  Her experience includes:  hydrology, hydraulics, storm water management and detention, water distribution systems, wastewater collections systems, and site development for recreational, commercial, educational and various public facilities. As a commitment to client satisfaction, Mrs. Abesingha oversees each and every project undertaken by CE Associates She is also responsible for quality assurance and quality control to ensure our services meet all objectives and goals.

• National Council of Examiners for Engineers & Surveyors (NCEES) certification
