S&S Development uses CEAssociates for McKenzie Manor Subdivision, Calera, AL

July 15, 2006 - CEAssociates, Inc. (CEA) provided engineering services to S&S Development LLC for the McKenzie Manor residential subdivision project in Calera, AL. This subdivision is located near U.S. Highway 31 and consists of 178 lots.

CEA was responsible for the preparation of preliminary plat plan, erosion control, drainage, hydrological study, stormwater detention, plan and profiles for lift station and sanitary sewers, water main designs, road profile and planning, and permitting from AL Department of Transportation and ADEM.
